— FIRST IMPRESSIONS —

APPEARANCE Abby is a slight girl with a ton of attitude. Her features are soft, her hair is long, and all of it is well cared for. She wears make-up, but just enough to accent her natural features, nothing overly flashy in her day to day life.

CLOTHING Abby favors a mix of vibrant eye-catching colors with some darker layers to offset them. In the Free Cities this means dark pants with bright pinstripes, a bright blouse with a dark corset. Generally her choices are to draw eyes away from her legs.

Within the Horizon she's jeans or cargo pants with crop tops. Something to show off her arms and her midriff pretty much without fail, unless she's trying for a specific look. Her arcana will appear somewhere near her left shoulder most of the time.

DEMEANOR Attitude and sincerity are the name of the game. Her expressions speak for her. When she's happy she's bouncy with larger movement and more physical contact. Nervous her hand will play at the hem of her shirt or the top of her pants. Sad her motions are slower and more deliberate, with her posture sinking to make her even shorter.

She can mask her feelings, but usually she leans into how expressive she can be. Rather than saying what's really on her heart.

AURAL Anyone aware of what New England sounds like will probably peg her as being 'close enough to Boston but not being from Boston.' She'll make the occasional teen girl excited noises from time to time, but normally if she's not involved in things she'll fade into the background by being quiet.

Her vocabulary is fairly strong, but her preference is for slang and cursing.

OLFACTORYAbby is keen on floral soaps but she doesn't go out of her way to wear perfume. She takes care of herself.

Her clothes often smell slightly of cannabis, due to her preference for smoking over edibles.

General Information:

Abby decreases how important she is to all surrounding living creatures, this doesn't make her invisible. But it blunts peoples recollections that anyone was there at its strongest and any memorable features of the user when someone has recognized that something is weird. It extends to any item Abby is carrying (not other people), but not to objects she interacts with (doors, windows, tables).

It does extend to her scent, sounds, and telepathic awareness to lesser degrees than seeing her. However heightened senses will still pick-up on the soundwaves or scent (without a source they are coming from). The ability works better the more is happening around her, the more distractions and other targets there are, the easier the traces of Abby get lost in the shuffle. The ability grows thinner the more Abby does. Any big actions such as melee combat or being grabbed immediately end the effect.

Avenue of Improvement: Abby's duration increases the more she hones this skill, and her sounds/scents/thoughts will grow harder to read as time progresses.

Weaknesses: The ability will not fully work against someone actively looking for problems, unless there is a distraction. This applies to paranoid people, security guards, and irate cabbage merchants. This ability does not work against machines, including (but not limited to) robots, cameras, and laser detection grids.

Similarly any type of magical, technological, or mundane trip wire will be set-off by Abby, as like machines they do not care how important you are.
