Abby's a modern girl from a fairly recent point in Modern America. As such various fictions do exist and she does know about them to a degree. She's not big into movies, video games, or TV but it's a little hard to avoid all of pop culture as a teenager. In general her knowledge will be vague osmosis rather than directed reference. She'll know names and titles more than she'll know plot points. She's in the scrolling instagram and Tiktok era of social media, so any big memes made out of someone's canon are more common than actual knowledge. But it is very hard to exist in the United States and not know who Batman is. Even if in Abby's case she'll think of Affleck or West before the animated series or Bale.
